Terms of Service

1. Service Description

STEWARD is a private intelligence service that monitors government and institutional data sources to generate intelligence briefs for business decision-makers. The service includes signal monitoring, risk scoring, and periodic intelligence briefs delivered electronically.

2. Not Financial or Legal Advice

STEWARD intelligence briefs are informational only. They do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, investment recommendations, or professional consulting. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on intelligence provided.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Confidentiality

Intelligence briefs are confidential and intended solely for the subscribing entity. You agree not to redistribute, republish, or share briefs with third parties without prior written consent from Steward Intel LLC.

5. Data Accuracy

STEWARD sources data from government and institutional databases. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party data sources. Our published accuracy metrics are available at getsteward.app/accuracy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Steward Intel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or reliance on intelligence briefs. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
