1. Information We Collect

When you request an assessment or subscribe to STEWARD, we collect: your name, email address, company name, industry, and location. We do not collect personal financial data, social security numbers, or sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: deliver intelligence briefs tailored to your company profile, communicate service updates, process payments via Stripe, and improve our intelligence coverage. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sources

STEWARD monitors publicly available government and institutional data sources across 44 jurisdictions, including US agencies (SEC EDGAR, FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOL, CPSC, SAM.gov, USASpending), UK (Companies House, FCA), EU, Canada, Australia, and equivalent regulators and registries internationally. All data is obtained from public records and open government APIs.

4. Data Security

Your data is stored on encrypted infrastructure provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security). All communications are encrypted via TLS. Intelligence briefs are generated and stored securely, accessible only by the intended recipient.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only with your consent. You may decline analytics cookies without affecting service functionality.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getsteward.app. We will respond within 30 days.
